Know the Signs!
Many of the signs of a heart attack in women can be mistaken, even by doctors, as signs of stress or exhaustion from daily life. If you have experienced 2 or more of these symptoms for more than 5 minutes, it is recommended to seek emergency care as soon as possible.

Pain / Pressure / Discomfort in your chest, upper back, jaw or stomach OR pain in one or both arms

Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing deeply

Paleness along with cold sweat

Reflux/heartburn
-
Extreme exhaustion without clear cause

Difficulty Sleeping
-
Faintness
-
Nausea or vomitting
-
Dizziness
REMEMBER: Sometimes only one symptom could be apparent during a heart attack. When in doubt, do not hesitate to urgently call MDA 101.
